There is a state or dimension that is.  When that state is not honored another LAW steps in such as with Color Energy.   The vibration knows where to go when there is a deficiency.  It follows a LAW similar to a magnetic draw.

Example: when a body of water consisting of alkaline (yin) and acid (yang) has too much of one element energy such as alkaline, that element energy converts into the one needed for balance-acid.   I saw this happening to addicts of marijuna so full of the alkaline showing sleepy or drowsy dream state.  When “coming down”, they wrestled with a strong desire for munchies, all acid in nature, which led to a feeling of anger or rebellion as the conversion took place.  The rebellious nature came less often once the munchies were consumed creating the balance.  Little did they know that the angry or rebellious sensations or urges was that rapid conversion.   Best to work with the LAWs attracting higher experiences and higher natural feeling sensations.   Marijuna is a pseudo temporary solution anyway.   Love the word “DOPE”.

Look at what colors you bring to your body.  (Posted earlier are color matches to birthday signs.)  Fortifying begins with moment to moment monitoring of yourself. Get comfortable with your resonances, those grand feeling responses from inside.  Anytime you discover a FAVORITE, you resonant.  Make a list of such and place in the proper category.

Keep the list nearby.  I have done this even to my favorite natural feeling experiences.  Why favorite feelings? Because I can mentally change them and play around with them.  It was a great bonus after discovering a world of opposites existing on the mental pleasure level.

The world of opposites involves a science and principles concerning our inner power known as energy, Human Energy.  There is no mental stress in the world of OPPOSITE thought and feeling. When we visit the WHAT IF world, we are sticking to some ridiculous explanation of some situation.  Better to be a writer imaging a story to tell, that will sell.

The inner life experiencing is safe, very unique and personally responsive creating true happiness.  Being asleep to this power does not stop its functioning though richer more refined energy remains blocked.   Understanding the movements involve chemistry will draw more attention to the feeling sensations you can monitor.  This leads to the next step.  Choosing to have whatever feeling sensation NATURALLY that you desire when you desire it.

Seems impossible? It is all because of the real causation – color frequency in motion.  Thus you have it -Inner Chromotology which belongs to the 22nd century.  Why 22nd- because by then individuals will be taking COMPLETE responsibility for their experiencing inside and out.  This is more than self-control as it announces Calling forth or attracting whatever material or inter dimensional experience is desired.  WOW! Yes it is possible in this century as it is known by yours truly.  Yet, very few persons want to learn and practice these new principles.

Power in the Opposite, clues all around and most truth seeking adventurers stumble right over it.  Why? Because we learn and pass on the mistaken connection of seeing cause and then seeing effects.  Truth is- Cause is energy invisible at least to natural eye.  Effect is manifested cause and visible. It was easier a sell to study and connect the seen….. NOW color energy

AH!  That specialty lies just between..  the unseen and now seen.  I began to study color changes on myself, skin, eyes, hair -remember the early commercial color analysis such as what to wear to be successful?  I saw definite non complimentary changes occur through placing some colors across my face while others made the spots, wrinkles and dark circles disappear or seem lighter.   Two energy fields, me and the material fabric were matching or not. That started many questions and THEN  I experienced the definite resonance of a favorite complimentary color.  That movement created so much delight inside I knew there was a new category- inside color….a team of doctors confirmed this inner color existence. BINGO, I was off running to study this Opposite inside world…

Some laws to study are Law of Attraction, Law of Allowing, and Law of Deliberate Creation.  Sound New?  All open to more Laws to which everyone on this planet are subject until they wake up and take control of them…. waking up is SOOOOOOOOO  NICE. How about a pain free, anger free, fear-free life existence?

The topic was  WORDS that are being restricted because they OFFEND SOMEONE…….being removed from tests etc.  I sincerely addressed this ILLUSION- of an OFFENDED experience-  The proof of NOTHING OUTSIDE of you can OFFEND you.   How long are we going to fall for this excuse?  All political, secular and religious topics need a new look considering self-made feeling world coming from the discovery called INNER CHROMOTOLOGY. (See Earlier post).

Glenn B. and others admonish all to refrain from violence even heated talk as it does no GOOD. Besides tearing up your own insides you start an opportuntity to edge someone else into a false argument-which tears his/her insides.  Words can be redefined when your health and sanity are at state.

I test and test to make sure I am strengthening me.  I write so you can test you.  What is your gut feeling?  Do you have a friend who can test your flow of energy through a simple non-invasive test?  One test is by using a rod that measures your steady pull not your brute strength.  This test requires that you drink 8 oz of water prior.  I described this test procedure in my book (ALways Like the First Time).

We are stuck in bottomless pits when we leave out truth that newer scientific discoveries are revealing. We must set straight the CAUSE and EFFECT connection.   With knowledge evolving and surfacing about inner sensation- making  we can see such a word as RACIST evolving too. For years we have reasoned a colored individual starts trouble.   Colored first calls to mind a brown/black person, but not in today’s language battles.  The Whites are called out as colored and to tell the truth ALL persons are COLORED persons.  So now any colored individual is a questionable trouble -maker.  But many are awake and realizing this approach cultivates immoral separatism theory.  Immoral separatism is seeing each individual alone and against the other, a threat to the other.

Only through energy study can you see the vibrations intertwined and connected.  We, on certain levels are not separate. On other levels we are but not against each other.  That is a learned negative stand.  Positive separatism is a healthy true understanding also learned.

Short answer or not, a truthful answer is needed.  I have no agenda.  Passing knowledge is important so we can clean up our act as approaching galactic conditions require us.

I am so busy designing clothing items because of their VIBRATIONAL /OSCILATING nature. YEP, I desire to raise my vibrations out of the attraction of these much troubled levels that are swallowed up in illusions.  Studying my inside energy I see clothing as an art to follow the law of attraction for this goal. 

Clothes are coveying LIGHT frequency Out and Through the human energy Structure.  This why my Chakra test worked…. (check out on main website). By the way, I have had experiences where a favorite color family became extremely unappealing just by a change of shade or hue. That meant I had enough of that shade to maintain inner balance.  My body sincerely rejected the color.  This makes me look more seriously at the role of dressing. 

 I discover that the OUTSIDE is the best opportunity to use to study inside functioning of my energy.  A complete imbalanced look occurs when the clothing article is seen first and not the individual’s face or the face is so obvious you cannot remember the clothing color.  Each is an example of imbalance.  The same is occurring INSIDE.

Trust yourself and Dress with this in mind. Outside decorate respecting energy structure for energy sensations. Meantime,  inside you are DIRECTING radiations from line, color and design-pattern which edifiy the sensations and the inner structure. A mouthful…. but a new focus draws new energy creating new sensations seemingly heightened.   What energy structure you ponder?  YOUR shape coming from the condition and shape, balanced or no, of the inside energy pattern.  CLUE: those great feeling sensatons are present.

You are not just FAT, if that is the case, but you are eating a mass of light frequency that must move quickly inside for proper balance for the real you.  What a delight to check with a measuring cup how much of light you consume!   Remember solids are thick light moving very slowly, Juices are thinner light moving faster.  Here’s my trick. 

I imagine the color of what I am eating or drinking. WHY?   Light thought moves the fastest. Digestion is smoother and balanced.  Caution- you with high blood pressure- when eating/drinking RED foods,  picture or think PINK..this frequency is a regulator. 

Proper thought while eating is a MUST.  Silent or spoken Gratitude is the golden key unlocking the imbalanced areas.  Be Patient with yourself.  I found I craved little and enjoyed much the smaller 1 cup or 1/2 cup servings….Love yourself, trust yourself. 

Back to the dressing- you, not the turkey!  Clothing is a light conductor.  Dark clothing needs a light item to bounce the light back. We call it creating contrast.  Light pastels or icy colors are good.  The reverse is very good- light to medium clothing are balanced with medium to dark items.   Where I place the items is important.  Check for strengthening by GUT INTUITION or the K-Test. (explanation and steps are outlined in my book ALWAYS-see website) 

There is much more such as outer fabric and inner fabric effecting the movements.  How about line?  Oh yes, geometry of the body inside and out are at play.  These will be spoken on in the next posts. meantime, Flow with your colors and temporary shape.

OK-by me- You have right to say that.  BUT this means you do not believe in your best part-you.  You are walking white light of universal energy, CHI.  This energy, cosmic harnessed intelligence, never dies. It  just changes form…  How many times have you changed form and for what reason….to experience your real self. 

There are actions that have no meaning and do not produced any harmony. These are considered irresponsibile actions. On the other hand, actions that follow laws that promote harmony, genuine laughter, strong inside energy movements and result in inner and outer peace are responsible actions. 

These responsible actions/expressions of life initate what you and I call GOOD actually inspire the understanding of our original nature- white energy.  That’s it-decide to act (does not include speaking) in ways that the natural feeling elevates inside to a level that refines the energy.  Speaking has a completely different cause and effect relationship ONCE YOU ADMIT YOU ARE MAKING YOUR OWN FEELINGS.  

The purpose goes far beyond being civil.  It is to experience the JOY inside. of which you are capable, for leading/evolving to a powerful intelligence to re-learn the mysteries of the universe.  One has to prove mastery of self discipline, first, a joyous state.  

 Denying you are this evolving homo sapien GOD as is all consciousness, just delays the miraculous from appearing out of each of us.  Too much proof is available now. You create, you think, act and bring forth. You can even create BEING A VICTIM……but you are never thus. It is imperative to study the energy involved in Law of ATTRACTION.

This law and others follow color frequencies like a magnet bringing events your way. You need your event to face some challenge YOU selected.  How refreshing to accept this fact.  Consciously taking responsibility of your life condition is only possible when you look at energy laws and what you are made of.  COLOR is most important in this realization. 

Realizing you are this evolving homo sapien GOD who you try to deny or put down, guarantees a hard life path.  You fight yourself…you attract unconsciously what you do NOT want.  All of us are this GOD.  Imagine seeing thunderbolts as a human GOD lifts fists and shouts (seemingly against a neighbor) aloud to himself in presence of another/s.  Fits, right! 

Violence on a GOD power level is on display EVERY DAY.  Our colorful mosiac is so shattered that the secret of who we are together is hidden.  Color is restored individually one brain at a time.  Meditation calming balances the confused moving inner color.  Internet and TV will continue to announce hatred and “race” division-both are illusions one GOD part playing another. Sad but the joke is on us.  WAKE up!

I had to leave and return to my writings as the theme is still AGAINSTism.  NUMBER I- my earlier posts explained that AGAINSTism is deadly for your inner flow.  So many bad effects follow tearing down the inner functioning of you.  This is why it FEELS so BAD.  Heat of arguement, silent thought or spoken, is burning up your insides.   If kept up to a certain height, the body begins to open doors for dis-ease especially colds and flu or worse.   Pounding in the heads, fists, hearts and nerves are results of obstructing necessary energy to the cells. This is denying oxygen to all parts that keep you alive. An intelligence higher than homo sapien stage has set up laws that MUST follow principles of which we are just learning.  AGAINSTism is DEADLY.  

NUMBER II- to be AGAINST draws you back into a deadly illusion.  VICTIMS drink in againstism and pollute their inner rivers.  THIS mind set makes the veins feel as if VINEGAR is rushing through not pure clear waters.  A since of hopelessness breeds ANGER, SHOUTING and Violent thinking-revengeful thinking.  Go down this road and you lose any sense of honesty and self respect. You play to the cameras and the fools of this world.  You find out sometimes too late, you traded in your power for experiencing higher joy here and NOW for illusionary notoriety.

Self reliance feels SO GOOD… you shout for joy for this chance to experience life.  Self-responsibility challenging your guts sends rushes of excitement once called PRIDE I call adventure!  Sad for those who want it all provided for them- they cultivate fear and uncertainty inside.  This is the opposite of happiness.  Wrecking the inside through too slow energy movements is simply strangling the oxygen-bearers.  This in turn stops their normal or what could have been above normal functioning..So sad as these many many people have never REALLY LIVED feeling the greatness of self.   DARE NOT TO DIE until YOU have really lived- found individual purpose which sends a heighthened RAINBOW of colors throughout your being.

Number III- like it or not you are a creator-director of your life with freedom from birth to create a wrecked or wonder-filled one. The power is a choice which lies in your mind control, your perception (how you see it) we call this ATTITUDE.  Principles at play are 1. NO ONE THINKS/TAPES in your mind but YOU. This means all the UNFAIR garbage you carry inside your thought-mind YOU PUT THERE.  You had eyes to see, ears to hear and the other senses taping stuff.  Problem- no one told you this early enough.  2. YOU alone FEEL YOUR THOUGHTS. right, they are moving through your polluted or clear flowing inner water/river. 

3. YOUR thoughts DRIVE and DIRECT your ENERGY. Tough to hear- LEARN to drive and direct them correctly to produce that HAPPY feeling- YOU MAKE.   4. POSITIVE THOUGHT creates PATIENCE and seemingly more TIME. ImPATIENCE is another againstism which reacts like all that written above.      HERE’s the biggy-5.  INFLUENCE is an OPPORTUNITY ONLY/ YOU are the real CAUSE in your life experiencing. Saying someone influenced you is not the truth.   Study the LAW of ATTRACTion and your color radiations to see how YOU bring stuff about.  This is VERY GOOD news for some and devastating for others.    There you have 5 principles tonight.  More are showering through that work whether you believe them or not.    ALWAYS FLOWING- RIVER KATE

HOW many ways can you use one thing in your home? Can you make a list of regular tools or items and see if you could eliminate any by using something else on the list instead?  It is game time- seeing this as a game- to- prepare takes the negative obstructing opportunities away and leaves calm excitement.    NEW THOUGHT is a must and new thought comes from INNER DIRECTION.  Whether it leads you to a book, person or other source, it is still inner direction.  YOUR BOSS-authority is inner direction.

FAITH is not of a church. It is YOU acting to show honor and truth-that which brings good-harmony. It is YOU with thoughts of honor and harmony both inside yourself and as inspiration for others. FORM ACTIONS to INSPIRE TRUTH and HONOR.  With this new understanding of FAITH you create a power that opens an INTENTIONal plan to match your own faith and that of millions.  It starts with just ONE-like me. Our overseers have no INTENTION for our earth, the glorious green spectrum planet, to be destroyed.  My thoughts focus on a glorious healthy sunny day not bloody war scenes. I repeat, This latter is NOT the world I am attracting.  Each of us has simply played a part. Hard to digest, yes, but your inside spirit knows what I write is TRUE. You, like I, have been under so much non sensical negative separatist indoctrination.  No good feeling has come from believing the unbalanced indoctrination.  That should be your big clue. 

For example: I studied the pyramid shape and history.  I built one and started testing it.  All my energy said YES, go for it.  What I discovered was no fruit rotting no matter how old it was- BUT excess exposure caused extreme drying out of the fruit.  Again I repeat, No rotting reported, seen just spongy collapsible shape.  Cutting open I discovered a moistureless essence.  The energy had left. Now I must time and record the preservation power for usability.  Anyone out there, start experimenting with one – get measurements correct-A must. Learn the skill of a chop or miter saw.  Get into the fun of creating and leave your worry to our true heritage/ overseers.  YOU HAVE POWER -with you- believe it.

Once constructed, experiment with foods and try dull razors for metal rebalancing power.  What I am sharing is new energy power that are alternatives to costly energy sources.  Emergency alternative information is yours for the asking. You will be led to proper sources.  What others have done to hold back proof of our beauty is alarming but special guides are literally stepping in and truth will be brought to light.  YOUR THOUGHT and MINE make or break this quick ushering in possible or not. 

OH well,  what a tall order. School your thoughts-study them, enjoy them. They make your feeling world. What does not feel inwardly right or good-inner harmony is a clue your thoughts are  OFF. It is so easy to jump the tract from Director of your life to that downing VICTIM tract.  Get back on Director tract and let your FAITH actions help our precious overseers come swiftly to openly share their secrets.  DON”T DARE MISS THE SPECTACULAR—-.

Now lets say your favorite color is ORANGE.  Orange vibration is formed through the two colors of red and yellow. Red is the physical activity birthing the passion while yellow is the mind stimulant.   So the combination is the emotional focus. The orange vibration is announcing wise  intuitive decison-making  potential.  I found wearing orange items helped me demonstrate outwardly how I felt.  I actually discovered I could eliminate the bowels more regularly by mentalizing orange.  My colonoscopy showed NO polyps. 

YELLOW  is a favorite of many of my friends all of whom are avid readers and love conversations.  The yellow is a mind stimulant so intelligence focus is this vibration’s power.  Bright sunny yellow is a sign of a general vivacious personality.  Strong enthusiasm is found in red too but more so in the fan of yellow.  Yellow is the color I use to strengthen my digestive tract which minimizes stomach upsets.

That brings us to GREEN.   This vibration is birthed through combining yellow and blue.  Yellow the mind focus and blue a spiritual focus meaning a sense of brotherly love.  Love of nature is a strong characteristic of the individual who favors green. Green is a favorite of animal caring individuals.  Green is concerning love of the outward world of nature.

BLUE is a favorite among artists whether etherial or deep intense topics.  Blue carrys strong desire for uniting.  Strong sense of loyality is found among those who favor blue.  Deep blue is the sign of strong intense study as we see in indigo wearers. These indigo scholars love subjects that range from the universe to self introspection.  Pale to-medium blue shows a gentle study of the etherial matters. These fans bring uplifting inspiring focus to others. Blue is concerning the love of the upward, heavenly nature of life.

INDIGO a deep shade of blue and is favored by those curious of the sciences and studies of the psyche though not always on the conscious level. This is a vibration to use as a great aid in introspection.  Most individuals enjoy wearing this color but have difficulty imagining it.

VIOLET is the combination of red and blue. PURPLE is another name of certain shades of this color.  Violet is divided into two catergories- red violet where there is more red than blue  and blue violet where blue is the dominate of the two shades.  Iris is another name for the light to pale shade of the red violet and lavendar is the pale shade of the blue violet.  Each depicts a love of the finest not necessarily money. The finest scenes of country, experiences, paintings, foods, music and crafts all for the spiritual side of the material. Violet is a transmutation color meaning it transmutes the mundane rountine attitude to the ever so grateful attitude.

AH! BLACK- yes, black is the color of the sophistacate more in command personality. Challenge is to be in control of self so as to have command of others through respect not negative dominance. BLACK is favored among those who are curious about the mysteries of life and some occult studies.  Black is a grounding and reflector of other color hues. Some call it neutral. Lighter shades can be recognized with this grounding color.

WHITE- an absorption of all is favored by very high minded etherial matter focus individuals.  White is a balancing grounding color. It reflects other colors as a background making darker shades more obvious.

Yes, your favorite one or two colors tell you and  the viewer what is resonating in you and what you used while working in partnership with the law of attraction, consciously or not.  Color thought or color worn act as magnets to pull inner color to speed and vibration level to attract what is desired.  Peace comes from peaceful thoughts enhanced by the blue-purple family.  You know your favorite shade of the above colors.  Feel  free to comment.  Next post will dig more into the physical health balancing nature of the above colors. I fell in love with teaching through my third grade teacher.  We had plays to present with changing the wardrobe and designing the backgrounds. I knew I wanted to follow a teaching career in the early 50′s.  I graduated in the late 60′s and began teaching in a neighboring town in West Virgina.  Later I married and moved to Baltimore, Towsen, Maryland.   Some time later I flew to Hawaii to meet my husband.   He was stationed there for two years and so I found a teaching job.

Years later and with children of my own, I focused on primary grade children, trusting the public schools to educate my older children as I had been educated . WELL GUESS WHAT.  FALSE INDOCTRINATION was occurring under our noses.  I did not catch this for years-  WHY?  our family intentionally, was a large one and each older sibling helped a younger brother or sister.  Another child was coming, spaced every two years and resulting in our family producing numerous teachers.   

What shock we were in once we saw textbooks and children’s storybooks distorting the facts of our history and the country’s founding fathers’ messages.   At least I had the old real original texts to compare.  Too much VICTIM language and VICTIM reasoning was bleeding through the stories. My work showed the human energy shouted repeatedly DIRECTOR not VICTIM!   Non-harmonizing Colors were being introduced in magazines and licentiousness was encouraged to FIND PLEASURE anyway anyplace .  No one was teaching self control through trusted honest self-direction.  Trust in self was being undermined.

Then, I stumbled on the awareness path of mental pleasure releases.  My child had cancer and pain was a new challenge.   Testing showed much more strength in imagining (MENTAL) pleasurable scenes with pleasure feelings releasing than being in actual pleasure events.  MIND over MATTER was coming into play from another direction.   COLOR was playing a most important part.  Color techniques and personal ideas to develop entered into the balancing need of my child.  Inside freedoms won battle after battle.  The key to delicious self-control emerged.

I thank the teachers from my home town for sharing their pride in the facts they presented and still encouraged free thought.  Respect is contagious.  All, or most, are off adding to some other energy force but pictures in my yearbooks stir the gratitude wave again and again. YES, I GOT THE REAL THING and could build with pride, my unique future with DIRECTORS  not victims.

Darker reds and scarlets are empowering the SCORPIO.  So not surprising, red and yellow foods are best.  Best to select juicy, watery, fruits and vegetables.  SCORPIO energy strengthens by consuming foods grown in indirect sunlight/shade.  Water signs need watery juicy fruits and vegetables -helping to meet the need for nourishing liquids.  A diet of lighter foods is showing best for the SCORPIO.  Consider the Garnet, Topaz or Agate for a choice gem. 

Testing on SAGITTARIUS sign bearers show much strength in consuming foods which show the colors red and gold influence.  Red and Golden Delicious Apples, Squash and tomato rank high here.  Vegetables grown above the ground exposed to the sun is a fire sign need.  Check out purple, royal purple fruits.  Raw foods is best for all fire signs.  Testing found a great need for a protein diet for this fire sign. Look to the Amethyst for an empowering supportive gem.

That brings me to the CAPRICORN group.  Another earth sign responds to  food grown in the ground. Colors are black, indigo, white.  Surprisingly this earth sign can handle a richer diet with more quantity than any other earth sign, so far tested.  Purple egg plant, turnips, potato-sweet, white and yams, deep red beets, rich spices add to the strength as well as palette of the earth sign- Capricorn. The Jet, Beryl, and Black and White Onyx work well as choice gems.

The next sign tested was the AQUARIUS group.  This air sign enjoys the  color of indigo too but the color white is brought in. All white fruits and vegetables such as asparagus, celery, parsnips, potatos and pears rank high.  As an air sign the white starchy vegetables are very good. AH!, testing shows the Aquarius can eat less than any other sign.  The choice gem is  the Blue Sapphire.

Last is the  PISCES.  Being a water sign, this sign resonates to the color of the sea- sea green with silver blue.  Head south to find tropical fruits and vegetables such as white figs, pomegranites, and dates.  Food grown below the ground work best.  Testing shows a great need for watery fruits and nourishing liquids.  Pisces can look to the Jade or Diamond for empowering support.

TAURUS, an earth sign, also balances quickly with yellow vegetables but are centered around yellow beets, beans, sweet potatoes and carrots. Foods are grown beneath or in the earth. Taurus needs a regular and substantial diet. Surprisingly, the gems are golden topaz, coral, and emerald.

GEMINI, an air sign, tests strong with green vegetables and acid fruits. The food grown above ground is important but not as much as the fire sign.  Gemini needs a lighter varied diet.  Violet is the color of the Gemini. In gems best choices are aquamarine and crystal in violet.

CANCER, a water sign, balances well in white and green color exposure.  Plants to consume are cucumbers, squash and all melons. The best are fruits and greens grown in shade or indirect sunlight. Cancer shares the strengthening power of the emerald and moonstone.  This water sign needs a lighter diet with balancing healthy liquids.

VIRGO, an earth sign, basks in strength through violet and gold color exposure. Best grains are rye, oats, barley and wheat forming  in the fall under violet sky. Potatoes and golden apples autumn growth are best.  This earth sign requires a regular substantial diet.  Gems are Turquoise and pink jasper.
