Kinesiology

By definition, Kinesiology is the study of human movement. Per Wikipedia, it encompasses human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise psychology and sociology of sport.

The physical body is a perfect instrument to report accurately what strengthens and /or weakens us on various levels, physical, mental, and emotional. Any thought, any substance or energy, which comes near us, would strengthen or weaken the energy of our being.

Since Kinesiology registers energy flow (not physical strength) a simple muscle test to see whether a muscle stays "strong" or becomes "weak" in the influence of another energy is sufficient to demonstrate visibly the energy effect. A strong bouncing effect means something is beneficial or correct for the individual. A weak, sluggish or missing bounce effect means not compatible, is not the correct answer or not beneficial.

Kinesiology can register energy imbalances far more sensitive than normal sensory perception of an individual. Therefore it is a valuable tool for developing personal awareness and perception as well as for helping an individual to access what he knows on a higher level but may have lost contact (be out of touch).

As a tool, Kinesiology can help validate what is worth trusting. It can help one to clarify questions as well as customize diet, exercise and/or surroundings such as in decorating self, home or work place. Even questions about areas such as relationships, personal career pursuit or one's life purpose are answered visibly.

The originator of this technique is credited to Michelangelo of the 15th century. He was known for tying strings to a "human puppet" which he constructed to watch the muscle action of contracting and relaxing in order to draw a more realistic "Man". NEAT!!
