I dare you; what do you have to lose?
This may seem "old hat" to some but look again at your human energy, your water and color within.
Complaining, dreading or hating to go to work seems to HOLD a human in that very position. I know I would not want to elevate or promote someone who
was so complaint-driven (Recall your information on the Law of Attraction - opposites attract, focus attracts).
What if one changes psychologically (his /her thoughts or attitudes) about the work or job project? Suppose he/she RISKS smiling and praising
silently, at first then out loud, this "opportunity" at the work place. Praise what? If you must, pretend!
When one is happy and confident at a work project, more creative ideas flow freely to make positive interesting changes which, when acted upon, bring
noticeable positive changes, novel changes.
How I love to discover something new and link it to old ways.
Pose questions; what would be the best way to do this? How can I make this unique? Throw the questions inside to yourself; then brainstorm when
possible.
Suppose someone is mentally creating and bringing a new product or technique to light. This technique for a new or improved product has a life time
of exposure at least until the next idea pops in to add to what is already.
Now we have creating value, something to better many lives, over mere production. Wow!!! There is excitement inside, a secret excitement going on
with the explosion of a new idea. Your inner water and color are moving at a different life giving healthy speed. In truth, your idea is an extension of
you.
"Oh, but they won't let me try anything new", you remark. That thought and similar ones start changing the direction and speed of the pleasure
producers we call inner water and color. You are creating discouragement.
How did you go about it?
The idea itself is an inner reward as it fires through your body. It is hard to hide sincere excitement when you are seeing a missing puzzle-piece to the
project at hand, no matter how seemingly insignificant.
Next is the PLAN, how to bring into the physical this new technique/product; what will you need and how will you execute the steps? Keep notes, as it is
possible you are to share this with another work place, or begin this new improvement on your own, and then partner with another like-minded
person,… or NOT. :-)
Part of the launching of a new idea is Listening. Information from your intuition is coming your way. Your body requires you to use your mind to
search for new ideas, new approaches and new viewpoints. It will richly reward your human energy inside
and bring a strong sense of worth.
Value creating - something new, better, unique and safe for many is the new goal to set at your work project. Your human energy will richly reward you
with delicious, sensual joy and health.
Prepare to move on to a different position or an expansion of the same project. Realize you take that fire with you or you extinguish it.
Create value where ever you are…. Inner Fire away!
